GameSpy Industries, Inc. and Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Ink Technology Licensing Agreement
Under the terms of the agreement, Take-Two will utilize GameSpy's middleware tools and back-end services to enable online gaming and community features in multiple PlayStation® 2 and PC titles from its various subsidiary labels.
