Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (PS3)

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance used GameSpy to power the PS2, PS3, PC and PSP.
The X-Men returned to consoles everywhere over the holiday in 2006 in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. And Activision returned to GameSpy to provide top-notch online play across four different platforms, including the Sony Playstation 3.
We’d previously worked with Activision on X-Men Legends 2 (PC, PS2, PSP) so they were able to hit the ground running and pull off an impressive multi-platform release. Proof-positive that our single API strategy really works.
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance was one of two Playstation 3 launch titles to utilize GameSpy Technology. (See Full Auto 2: Battle Lines for more information.) Players are able to go duke it out head-to-head over the Internet or team up to play through intense coop brawls.
Massively multiplatform mayhem… Powered by GameSpy.
